Faculty of Management Studies or FMS of the University of Delhi is one of the best known management institutes of India. The admissions are taken through the score of CAT 2011. FMS used to conduct it’s own admissions test, however this year they have decided to scrap it and go on jingle with CAT.
- Register through the FMS Website by filling up online registration forms and by paying the requisite fee of Rs 750 (Rs 200 for SC/ST/Physically challenged) for each programme between September 21 and November 30, 2011.
- Register for and appear in CAT 2011 between October 22 and November 18, 2011.
After getting the CAT score, the candidates will have to appear for the Personal Interview and Group Discussion for admission to MBA and Phd programmes
MBA (full time): Candidates applying for admission to the 2-year full time MBA must have pursued at least a 3-year Bachelor’s degree programme after 12 years of formal schooling. The minimum requisite percentage of marks (in aggregate) in different disciplines; Arts, Commerce or Social Science 50%; Sciences 55%; Mathematics or Statistics 60%; Medicine, Engineering or Technology 60%/CGPA of at least 6.00 in a scale of 10.00 or Post Graduate degree or 2nd degree examination after 10+2+3 scheme, securing at least 60% marks. Candidates appearing for the final examination of Bachelor’s/post-graduate degree examination may also apply
